Changes to the 2021 Ford Explorer

The 2021 Ford Explorer makes a Sport Appearance package available for the XLT, which includes Carbonized Gray 20-inch aluminum wheels, dual exhaust outlets, and faux skid plates. That trim also gets standard heated seats and an optional heated steering wheel. Standard on the Platinum is a new cargo organizer.

Infotainment Connections

You'll find your way around Lawrence County and South Point, OH, through the navigation features of the SYNCÃ'® 3 infotainment system, which you can access on a touchscreen or by voice. Connections to your compatible smartphone encourage calls from the road. An in-vehicle Wi-Fi gives you Internet access.


Interior Options

The interior of the 2021 Ford Explorer impresses with such design touches as available Tri-Diamond perforated upholstery, an available hexagon carbon-fiber-lined dashboard, or a distinctive leather micro-perforated seating surface. The front seats can have Active Motion to massage you and your front passenger in five ways.
