Ford offers the new Explorer with a trim-dependent choice of engines - 2.3L and 3.0L EcoBoost engines or a 3.3L Hybrid Engine.

Every new Ford Explorer comes with dual second-row smart-charging USB ports, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and FordPass Connect - which includes a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. A six-speaker AM/FM/CD stereo system with MP3 capability comes standard on base trims. Limited, ST, and Platinum editions get an upgraded 10-speaker B&O Sound System. 

Quiet, Comfortable, and Loaded With Technology

Technology highlights on the new Explorer include voice-activated navigation, Active Park Assist 2.0, and Ford's SYNC3 infotainment system. A 10.1-inch color touchscreen makes navigating menus a breeze. A 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot lets owners remotely start their Explorer, lock and unlock its doors, and even check its fuel level, right from the app.
